Before you buy new wedges, Scratch Golf says you need to know if you make a sweeper/slider, driver/slider or digger/driver swing, and then should match your wedge selection to your swing.  Scratch’s new JLM Series wedges are high-quality forged clubs that boast different sole grinds to match the angle of attack.  The wedge’s club-head is forged from heat-treated, fine-grain 1018 soft carbon steel, which is the softest, highest quality steel used in golf.
Five special sole grinds help every golfer, from those with shallow swings (sweeper/slider) who need help keeping the club from bouncing against the ground so the blade can scoop the ball forward and up to the digger/driver who drives down and through the shot and is best served by a higher effective bounce that keeps the club moving through turf or sand rather than burying in it.
